
Susan Mullinix, President
Susan brought 25 years of accounting experience to Choice Plantings, Inc. When she began working in the Interior Plantscaping Industry where she met Patty Lang. They worked together in management for 10 years. In 2004, they started Choice Plantings, Inc. and Susan took on her passion learning from Patty’s operations background and began working hands-on installation and plant maintenance while building the company. She will always stay involved with the accounting, but loves to include sales and design when time allows. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, kayaking, and snow skiing.

Patty Lang, Vice President
Patty began her career in the interior plantscaping industry while attending the University of Maryland. Upon graduating in 1988, she was promoted to Operations Manager, where she built a strong foundation in both operations and client service. In 2002, Patty discovered her true passion for sales and client relationships, which ultimately led her to take the next step in her career.
In 2004, Patty and her co-manager, Susan Mullinix, founded Choice Plantings, Inc., creating a company focused on exceptional service, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. Patty takes pride in every project and works closely with her team to ensure the small details that set Choice Plantings apart are never overlooked.
She is a certified trainer for Green Plants for Green Buildings (GPGB), an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and BOMA (Baltimore Building Owners and Managers Association). Outside of work, Patty enjoys spending time with her family.

Stacee Puller, General Manager
Stacee started with Choice Plantings, Inc. in 2006, bringing three years of experience in the Plantscaping Industry. She is involved in all areas of the company: she processes all orders, oversees warehouse operations, creates our newsletters and social marketing. She portrays her creativity teaching our Decorating Staff to make unique, lush Holiday Décor. Stacee enjoys spending time with her family and boating.
Kelli Cosner, Holiday Creative Director
Kelli joined the Choice Plantings Family in 2016 as a seasonal decorator. She stayed on with us to help in the warehouse with organizing and un-decorating. She has since moved to the position of Holiday Creative Director. Kelli enjoys creating new holiday designs and experimenting with new decorating ideas. She helps our decorating staff by setting up samples for them and teaching them to make our unique holiday designs to ensure our clients receive a superior end product. Kelli likes to spend time with her family, visiting extended family and cooking.
Chris Lang, Operations Manager
Chris has been a valued member of the Choice Plantings team since 2014, when he began part-time before transitioning to a full-time role after graduating from Towson University in 2021. He gained hands-on experience in both the installation and maintenance departments, later moving into the role of Account Manager. Today, Chris serves as Operations Manager, where he oversees daily operations, coordinates scheduling, manages both the maintenance and installation teams, and ensures all deliveries meet Choice Plantings’ high standards. In his free time, he enjoys coaching high school football.
Kristin Gerhardt, Warehouse Manager
Kristin joined Choice Plantings in 2018 as a full-time employee, beginning her career in the maintenance and installation department. She quickly became an integral member of the Holiday Design Team while continuing to expand her expertise in the field. Kristin was later promoted to Account Manager, where she successfully oversaw more than 50 client accounts. She now serves as Warehouse Manager, leading the warehouse staff and ensuring the facility remains organized and fully stocked, with all materials prepared and ready to support both the maintenance and installation teams. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her sons, Brayden and Levi.

Cameron Lewis, Account Manager
Cameron joined Choice Plantings in 2024 after graduating from the College of Charleston in 2022 with a degree in Sustainability. He previously worked in the installation and operations department before transitioning into his current role as an Account Manager. In this role, Cameron is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with his assigned clients, creating new design concepts, and ensuring satisfaction with their current services. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys coaching basketball and traveling.
